IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT AND SPECIAL REQUEST:

(The following message is for the customers and future customers of Randall Garcia, owner of Medicare Pro. If you are connected with another Medicare Pro agent, this message does not apply to you.)

I can't believe it. It's that time of year again! Time to start talking about your Medicare. This will be my 11th Annual Enrollment Period, so at this point, nothing gets passed me. Thank you for trusting me with your Medicare.

I will be working hard for you before, during and after the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15th through December 7th), but I do have a special request this year.

On August 28th, I had surgery to repair my achilles tendon on the my right leg. I am expecting to be in a cast and/or a boot for 2-3 months, which will place me right at the end of November before it will be removed.

If you would like an appointment with me this year, would you consider the following?

Option 1: A Phone Appointment

• Since you are already on a plan, I can quickly go through many of your questions and go through many of the changes. Having a short or an extended phone call with me is a great way for us to connect quickly and get your questions answered. (Remember, you have access to me 12 months out the year).

Option 2: A Virtual Appointment via Zoom

1.  If you would like to meet to go over questions and have a more extensive conversation with plan options, I recommend a Zoom meeting. If you would like to meet with me virtually, we can have a full-service Medicare appointment online. All you would need is a smart phone, tablet, or computer.

Option 3: Attending one of my in-person) client appreciation events

1. Attached, you will find a list of in-person client appreciation events that you can attend. My events will be held at Three:16 Church at 7760 Prue Rd, San Antonio, TX 78249. There will be several options for you to attend.

Option 4: Meeting me at my office

1. If you would still like the 1-on-1 option in person, please call me to schedule the 1-on-1 appointment. As you know, I am always willing to make home visits to you, but this year, I am in a predicament where it will be hard for me to safely drive around town being that the surgery is on my right achilles tendon.

*A Note on Home Appointments

• If you are a client that cannot fulfill any of these options, I will be designating one day per week this year where my wife will be driving me to my client appointments. Please understand that there will only be a limited number of these appointments available, they will be first-come, first-serve, and they are primarily reserved for my clients who cannot drive or have other disabilities affecting their ability to meet with me.
